I’m a Cuban-American environmental communicator and an emerging documentary producer and filmmaker. I’m passionate about storytelling and environmental advocacy. I want to use these fields to shine a light on community stories and encourage meaningful conversations about the climate crisis, culture, and connection. I have a Bachelor of Science in Biological Studies from Florida International University and a Master’s in Environmental Science and Management from the Bren School at U.C. Santa Barbara.

 

My storytelling approach aims to bridge the gap between science and human experiences. I craft stories that are both urgent and optimistic, addressing the complex issues of our changing world.
